At Bordo Furniture we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This notice explains which data we process, why we process it and how long we keep it, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).

The data controller is Bordo Furniture. You can send any question or request regarding this notice to info@bordofurniture.com.
2. Personal Data We Process
When you complete the contact or quote form on our site, we receive your name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address is never stored in raw form — only as an irreversible hash.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, handle the order process and prevent form abuse. We do not send marketing e-mails without your consent.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interests of the data controller).
5. Sharing
Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Only our hosting, database and e-mail providers process the data on our behalf and on our instructions so the site can operate. Data may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required.
6. Retention Period
Data submitted through the form is kept for a maximum of 3 years after your enquiry is resolved, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies
Our site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are used, to remember your language preference and to keep the admin panel session signed in.
8. Your Rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to request its correction, deletion or destruction, and to object to processing. Send your requests to info@bordofurniture.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
